Romania is a large country in Eastern Europe which has part of it's boundary on the Black Sea. There are a few resorts in this region, including Constanta which is a popular base. Expolre the rest of the country and maybe get a hire car to visit Bucharest - the capital and is known as "Little Paris". The Carpathian Mountains make up one third of the area of Romania, and makes for magnificent scenery. Romania is developing nicely and is integrating with the rest of Europe at a quick pace.
